Beacon Banjo offers a servicing and relubrication for our D-tuners.
This process takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the age and condition of the tuners.
The cost is $45 per pair, plus return shipping + insurance.
To submit your tuners for servicing, purchase this Tuner Rework/Servicing item
through our online shopping cart. Then, print out your order confirmation and send it,

We suggest the USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate box as a good choice for mailing tuners.
NOTE: Please do not disassemble your tuners before shipping.
Also please note: We typically do not inform service customers as to when their tuners have arrived for service.
We recommend using the USPS tracking feature to determine if your tuners have completed their journey safely.
